🌙 Orders ship from Windsor, PA within the processing window. Once shipped, domestic (USA) orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days via USPS. We ship from the USA, so international transit times vary by destination — usually 2–5 weeks.
🌿 Yes! We happily ship our little magical creations to customers around the world. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
🌙 Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
🌿 Oh no — that's not the fairy tale ending we want for you! Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
🌙 Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our very best to help!
🌿 Current processing time is 3–7 business days before your order ships. During busy seasons (holidays, shop updates, launches), processing may take a little longer — we always post updates in our shop announcements!
🌙 Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are queued and begin processing the next business day.

🌙 Because our products are handmade and/or digital, we do not accept returns on used or opened physical items or downloaded digital files. However, your happiness matters so much to us — if something isn't right, please reach out and we'll work it out together!
🌿 We are so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send the correct item right away.
🌙 Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn't entered processing yet. After that window, we may not be able to cancel but we'll always try our best!
🌿 Please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If you still can't locate it, reach out to us! While we're not responsible for carrier errors, we want to help however we can.
🌙 Our stickers are printed on premium transparent vinyl, making them waterproof and durable! They're perfect for water bottles, journals, laptops, and more. Die-cut stickers are also cut precisely around the design shape.
🌿 Yes! Our transparent vinyl stickers are waterproof and weather resistant. We still recommend hand-washing items they're applied to rather than putting them through a dishwasher.
🌙 Make sure your surface is clean and dry. Peel gently from the backing, apply slowly from one edge to avoid air bubbles, and smooth down with your fingernail or a card. They love smooth surfaces best!
🌿 Our vinyl stickers are removable from most smooth surfaces but may leave slight adhesive residue on some surfaces. They are NOT recommended for painted walls or delicate finishes.
🌙 With proper care, our vinyl stickers can last several years! Keep them out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the colors.
🌿 After purchasing, you'll receive a digital download link via email. Simply download the PDF file, print it at home or at a local print shop, and assemble your journal however you like — bind it, hole punch it, or pop it in a binder!
🌙 Our printable journals are designed for standard US Letter size (8.5" x 11"). Printing instructions are included with each file.
🌿 We recommend printing on 60–90 lb paper for the best feel and durability. Standard printer paper works fine too, especially for everyday use!
🌙 Absolutely! Printable files are for personal use only — you may print them as many times as you need for your own personal enjoyment. Please do not share or resell the files.
🌿 Please check your spam/junk folder first! If you're still having trouble, reach out with your order number and we'll get you sorted out right away.
🌙 Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds on digital products once the file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us!
🌿 Every order is packaged with so much love! Stickers are placed on cream cardstock backing cards and slipped into glassine bags to keep them safe and beautiful during their journey to you.
🌙 We try to keep our packaging as sustainable and minimal as possible. Glassine bags are biodegradable, and we use recycled or minimal materials wherever we can.
🌿 Orders include a small thank-you note. Itemized receipts are sent via email rather than included in the package to reduce paper waste.
🌙 We don't currently offer formal gift wrapping, but our standard packaging is already quite charming and gift-ready! You're welcome to leave a gift note in the order notes at checkout and we'll include it.
